" Multiplex" U-005 is configured to meet your low dead volume requirement together with ultra high performance amorphous fluoropolymer tubular membrane.  Entire flow path is chemically inert.  Membrane module is made very robust by state-of-art potting technology.  Unique multi-stackable design enables you to increase number of channels just on-demand basis.  Vacuum control unit is absolutely compatible with other  Multiplex degas chambers.  So, you can also switch your degas membrane one after the other to whichever most suitable one depends on your today's recipe.
