X-RAY ANALYTICAL MICROSCOPE XGT-5000Series

In a single unit, the microscope features three main functions X-ray analysis, Roentgen rays penetration, and microscopic observation.  This combination of functions enables the unit to simultaneously analyze the elemental and structural composition of samples that have not undergone any special preparation.  The unit is suited for supporting diverse leading-edge research activities ranging from the analysis of such living organisms as plants and small animals to the analysis and quality control management of minerals, semiconductor packages, and electronic components. The microscope is capable of simultaneously providing elemental mapping images and X-ray penetration mapping images. It can perform nondestructive and non contaminating analyses within the atmosphere of samples that have not undergone any special preparation.
