This machine makes use of a cutter consisting of a fixed blade and a rotating blade, permitting material fed from the upper hopper to be cut and pulverized without loss of water content. Two types of frame are available: the standard WF type made of steel, and the tiered WM type made of steel or stainless steel (S type). Material grain size is adjustable down to 0.5 mm by changing the screen at the bottom of the pulverizing chamber. The machine comes with three standard types of mesh screen: 0.5 mm, 1.0 mm and 2.0 mm. The outlet chute of the WM types allows continuous pulverizing and makes interior cleaning easy. Applications: the machine is ideal for cereals, chemicals, plastics, rubber, leather, etc.
